"You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that  you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.  These things I command you, that  you love one another."  -John 15:16-17

"So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God." -James 1:19-20

We serve an awesome Lord who loves us so much that He became man.

The birth of Jesus changed the world.  God became man in order to save us.

Jesus' life is more than a good example, it was an expression of a loving God coming to dwell with His creation.

Remember to thank Him for his amazing provision and love.

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” ~Joshua 1:9 (ESV)

Easter is always an exciting time.  It's a time when we remember and praise God for the resurrection of His son, Jesus.

Through His resurrection, we're able to have a relationship with God.  God's grace and forgiveness is as consistent as the sunrise every morning and is even more beautiful.

We invite you to be a part of the celebration on April 21, 2019, at 10:30 AM right here in Tonopah at Valley Baptist Church as we gather together to worship and sing praises to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

We hope to see you there.

(there will be no evening service on April 21st)
